Bill Lambert, Economic Development Director
Bill Lambert utilizes his experience as an entrepreneur in the private sector to serve Hardee County as the Economic Development Director. Bill began his career in economic development while serving as Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners in 2004. As chairman he helped craft and negotiate the Mosaic Agreement to secure $40 Million for economic development. He is a University of Florida graduate and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management.
Sarah Pelham, Economic Development Coordinator
Sarah Pelham worked as a project manager for economic development projects in the private sector for four years before starting her career with the Hardee County Economic Development Office in 2008. She now serves as the Economic Development Coordinator and Industrial Development Authority Project Manager. Sarah attended the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing her Certificate in Economic Development (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council.
Kristi Schierling, Economic Development Office Manager
Kristi Schierling received her Associate of Arts from Northwest Mississippi Community College and has an extensive background in banking. Kristi moved to Hardee County in 2008 and began as Office Manager for the Hardee County Economic Development Office in 2011. Kristi also serves as the Public Records Custodian for the Economic Development Council and Industrial Development Authority
